Common Seal of a Company
Common Seal more often called as the Company Seal or the Corporate Seal. This is used to get an authentic embossing imprint generally required on the paper documents and certificates.
Uses of Company Common Seal
Common Seals are generally used for two purposes by corporations now-a-days:
a) Documents which need to be executed as deeds (as opposed to simple contracts), may be executed under the company's common seal b) Certain corporate documents, for example share certificates are often issued under the common seal.

Renewal of Digitally Signature Certificate

Digital signature certificate is valid for one (1) or two (2) year(s) and it may be renewed upon expiry for one (1) or two (2) year(s) as per the requirement.

Reprint of MOA & AOA
Memorandum of association specifies name of the proposed company, address of registered office, main object / activities of the proposed company, Authorized share capital of the company and details of the first shareholders (called 'subscribers') along with number of shares subscribed by them. All these clauses bind to form Memorandum of Association. Minimum paid-up share capital of the private limited company shall be Rs.1, 00,000/- and Rs.5, 00,000/- for public limited company.
Articles of Association constitute a set of rules regulating the internal affairs and management of the company. It is the second important document which must be registered with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) together with the Memorandum of Association (MOA). The members of the company have entire control over the Articles of Association and may amend it by passing a special resolution in the general meeting.

Certificate of Incorporation
The Certificate of Incorporation is the most significant document for any company, whether public or private, incorporated in India. It is an evidence for the existence of a company and same is required to be supported with other applications that need to be submitted to any government authority.
Foreign companies entering the Indian market should note that their company is not considered to legally exist in India until and unless they have successfully obtained the Certificate of Incorporation.
The Certificate of Incorporation contains:

Obtain a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
E-filing and e-governance is the buzzword. This has made possible for Company Directors, Professionals, Financial Institutions and other Authorized Signatories to do e-filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). After MCA, Income tax department also instigated its website for filing income tax returns electronically.
Filing returns electronically and signing it digitally saves the time and effort of the assessee as he doesn't have to send the documents physically to the departments. Further, with the initiative of Government, many organizations like IREPS, Northern Railways, ONGC, GAIL, IFFCO have started the process of e-tendering & other online services.

Digital Signature Certificate is a digital equivalent of a hand written signature. No modifications can be made by the third party once the data or certificate has been signed digitally. A DSC is normally valid for 2 years after which it can be renewed.

As per the provisions of The Companies Act, 1956 a company is an artificial person created by law. It has all the rights like a normal person. But being an artificial person created by law, it cannot act on its own. A company is an organization being governed by its Board of Directors.
